Loretta Fipps

— Loretta Fipps of Sanger, Texas was born on Feb. 7, 1947 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Martin and Maudine Lane. She passed away on Sunday, Aug. 29, 2010 at the age of 63 in her home, after a long battle with cancer. A memorial service will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010 at the Wagon Master RV park in Sanger.
Loretta lived in Waurika until her marriage to Phillip Fipps. They then moved to the Denton area where she remained until her death.
Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, brother Larry Lane of Waurika and one grandson, Joshua Davis Reeves.
She leaves behind her loving husband; four children, Debbie Carroll of Aubrey, Coleen Crisp of Sanger, Joseph Fipps of Davis, and James Fipps of Sanger; sister-in-law Glenda Lane; niece Laira Richardson; nephew Leon Lane; five grandchildren; one great-grandson; and several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
