Phyllis Gail was born Feb. 15, 1951 in Ryan to Harold Edward “Bill” and Dollie Pauline (Thompson) Keith. She passed from this life Friday, June 4, 2010 at the Nocona Hospital at the age of 59.
Funeral service was held Monday, June 7, 2010 at the Ryan Church of Christ with David Wingfield, Rodger Schwenn, and Bob Waitman officiating. Burial will be in the Ryan Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home in Ryan.
Memorials may be made to the Ryan Volunteer Fire Department.
